GUARANTEE: All music sales, including mp3s are final.
All other merchandise is guaranteed from 14 days of receipt of item.
Returned goods are expected to be presented in new condition.

In the event of a defective item, please email us at sales@subjectdetroit.com with our order number for information on obtaining a replacement.
A defective item will only be replaced with the same item.

SHIPPING METHODS: The following shipping methods are used.
Domestic:
- First Class: Delivers in approx 7 to 10 days from ship date.
International:
- Standard Air Mail (USPS): Delivers in approx 7 to 10 days from ship date. Packages shipped via USPS Standard Air are NOT TRACKABLE. We are NOT liable for any lost packages shipped using this method.
- Express Mail/EMS (USPS): Delivers in approx 3 to 5 days from ship date depending on location. Packages using this method are insured and trackable at www.usps.com
We will e-mail you your tracking number on the day of shipping.
- Other: Please contact sales@subjectdetroit.com for any special shipping requests (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
SECURITY: We use (SSL) Secure Sockets Layer during the checkout (credit card) stages of your order for security.
